Student Learning Expectations

In evaluating and creating a criteria which both upholds the long-standing traditions of the school as well as meets the demands of an ever-changing modern world, the following Student Learning Expectations, also known as the Four A’s, were formulated.

It is the goal of the school, the students, and their families to achieve these four expectations and ensure their high school readiness is rooted in these values:

An ICS Student…

Articulates

An ICS student is an effective communicator who is able to articulate knowledge and ideas.

Advocates

An ICS student is a servant leader who advocates selflessly for the greater good of all communities.

Applies

An ICS student is an engaged citizen who applies their learning, experiences, and faith to their daily life.

Assured

An ICS student is an assured scholar who passionately explores the world around them.
