“My son Kenzo has been at ICS for going on 3 years now. He came in at pre-school after trying out a couple other options like non-traditional pre-schools and Kindercare. Immediately we felt a big difference in the approach and in the environment at ICS.
It really felt like a tight-knit family with a lot of the staff actually having gone to ICS or their own children having gone to ICS. Kenzo is a very high energy kid, especially when he was in pre-school & TK but his teachers were patient and loving with him. We are honestly so thankful for the staff! They are saints.
Besides the warm, family vibe you get with the staff & students, ICS really puts a lot of effort & energy into activities for the kids so that they are not only learning but also having fun. Our experience here has been excellent and we would absolutely recommend ICS for anyone looking for a school for their child.”

“ICS is truly an exceptional educational institution located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. My son is proud to be the second generation in our family to attend ICS, and I could not imagine sending him anywhere else. The school fosters a strong sense of belonging, community, and support, ensuring that every student feels comfortable and valued. The rigorous curriculum prepares students to excel in their high school of choice, setting them up for future success. Additionally, ICS offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports, student council, yearbook, choir, dance, and academic decathlon, among others, which further enhance the student experience. As my son approaches his eighth year at ICS, I am confident that he is well-equipped to apply to and be accepted by one of the top high schools in the Los Angeles area.

“As an ICS parent since 2016, and now my son is in 6th grade and daughter in 8th grade, I could not be happier with their education. With small class sizes, the kids fostered a close knit family-like environment with classmates and teachers. The best part is that the teachers are easily accessible. Dedicated teachers who are very responsive to our concerns and actively work to address any issues and taking the time to understand our individual needs is what we love the most about ICS. There were talent shows for as little as TK and Kindergarten. There are also academic decathlons, an amazing volleyball team, beautiful choir, soccer program. These are just a few of the activities that has helped my kid’s confidence. We are just blessed to be a part of this very supportive community.”
