- Fill out the New Student Application and submit to the Front Office – You may pick it up at the school (one application per student) or download here:
- Bring the required documents – all documents must be current and official:
- Birth Certificate
- Sacramental Documents (Baptismal Certificate, First Communion)
- Immunization Records
- Most recent Progress Report/Report Card
- Standardized Test Scores
- Financial Aid Application (with income tax forms or Notarized Income Statement) – if applying for financial aid.
- Meet with the Administration – The Front Office will make an appointment with your family and the Principal/Vice-Principals to secure any unique details and answer your questions.
