ACTIVE CATHOLIC tuition is based on attending/contributing with school envelopes to Immaculate Conception Church of a minimum of $5 on 75%** of Sundays – which will be reviewed at the end of each trimester. **After reviewing church envelopes tuition maybe adjusted.

TUITION is based on 11* monthly payments, beginning July 2020, payable through SMART Tuition only.

NON-Refundable/Educational Expenses
Pre-School On-time Registration: Returning Students $250 Registration: New to ICS $300 On-time Tech Fee: Returning Students $100 Tech Fee: New to ICS $150 Grades TK-8 On-time Registration: Returning Students $175 Registration: New to ICS $250 On-time Tech Fee: Returning Students $100 Tech Fee: New to ICS $150 *If you pay the registration fee after April 1, it will be charged to Smart Tuition w/ $25 late fee per child.

Possible Additional Expenses:
These fees are separate and apply only to those involved. Daycare is charged through Smart Tuition Daycare: dismissal – 6pm Preschool - $165 monthly 1st child, + $40 for each additional child TK-9 - $125 monthly 1st child, + $55 for each additional child After-school Enrichment (optional) @ additional price Varies (music, theater, cooking, science, robotics, etc.) ICS Sports varies by sport Graduation Fee (8th only) Includes cap, gown, diploma + graduation dinner for four (varies depending on the location of the 8th grade dinner) Meal program (breakfast and lunch) varies, but many qualify for free or reduced cost based on parents’ income |

Fall Candy Sale (4 boxes/1st child; 2 boxes for each additional child) – November 2019 (buyout option - $125 for 1 child; $50 for each additional child)
Jog-A-Thon February 2020 (buyout - $150 per family)
Mother’s Day Dinner/Concert ($150/family: dinner tickets and raffle tickets) — May 9, 2020 (there is a buyout option TBD)
ADDITIONAL PARISH FUNDRAISER:
Parish Raffle ($150/family) — due August 27, 2019 (there is a buyout option)
Each family must work 25 SERVICE HOURS (or $325 donation per family)
**IN ADDITION to one (3) hour SHIFT AT THE PARISH FIESTA**
Save the Date: Labor Day weekend, August 31-September 2
