In-Parish tuition is based on attending/contributing with school envelopes to Immaculate Conception Church of a minimum of $5 on 75% of Sundays – which will be reviewed at the end of each trimester
After reviewing church envelopes tuition maybe adjusted.
-OR- a letter from your parish verifying your attendance/contributions.
TUITION is based on 11* monthly payments, beginning July, 2019, payable through SMART Tuition only. There is a 1.5% discount if you pay in full by August 31.
8th grade students (only child in the school) = 10 months (July – April )

Possible Additional Expenses:
These fees are separate and apply only to those involved. Daycare is charged through Smart Tuition Daycare: dismissal – 6pm $125 monthly 1st child, + $40 for each additional child After-school Enrichment (optional) @ additional price Varies (music, theater, cooking, science, robotics, etc.) ICS Sports varies by sport Graduation Fee (8th only) Includes cap, gown, diploma + graduation dinner for four (varies depending on the location of the 8th grade dinner) Meal program (breakfast and lunch) varies, but many qualify for free or reduced cost based on parents’ income |

Mother’s Day Dinner/Concert ($150/family: dinner tickets and raffle tickets) — May 9, 2020 (there is a buyout option)

Parish Raffle ($150/family) — due August 27, 2019 (there is a buyout option)
Each family must work 25 SERVICE HOURS (or $325 donation per family)
**IN ADDITION to one (3) hour SHIFT AT THE PARISH FIESTA**
Save the Date: Labor Day weekend, August 31-September 2
