TUITION 2019-2020

PRESCHOOL (2-3 YEARS OLD BY SEPTEMBER 1)
One Child Pre-School                  $5100 yearly
July-May monthly payments:      $463.64 per mo.
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN (4 YEARS OLD BY SEPTEMBER 1)
One Child TK                              $4343 yearly
July-May monthly payments:      $394.82 per mo.
GRADES K-8 - IN-PARISH TUITION
One Child K-8                           $3,586 yearly
July-May* monthly payments:    $326.00 per mo.
*8th graders are July-April        $358.60 per mo.


Two Children                            $5,723 yearly
July-May* monthly payments:   $520.27 monthly 
GRADES K-8 - OUT-OF-PARISH TUITION
One Child K-8                          $4,140 yearly
July-May* monthly payments:   $376.36 per mo.
*8th graders are July-April     $414.00


Two Children                           $6,609 yearly
July-May* monthly payments:   $600.81 monthly
In-Parish tuition is based on attending/contributing with school envelopes to Immaculate Conception Church of a minimum of $5 on 75% of Sundays – which will be reviewed at the end of each trimester

After reviewing church envelopes tuition maybe adjusted.

-OR- a letter from your parish verifying your attendance/contributions.

TUITION is based on 11* monthly payments, beginning July, 2019, payable through SMART Tuition only. There is a 1.5% discount if you pay in full by August 31.

8th grade students (only child in the school) = 10 months (July – April )

*If you priority register by Thursday, March 21.  After: charged to Smart Tuition w/ $20 late fee per child. 
*If you pay the tech fee after April 21, it will be charged to Smart Tuition w/ $20 late fee per child.
            → If you have multiple children, the fees for each child will be charged each subsequent month.
Possible Additional Expenses:

These fees are separate and apply only to those involved.  Daycare is charged through Smart Tuition

Daycare: dismissal – 6pm         
$125 monthly 1st child, + $40 for each additional child

After-school Enrichment

Varies (music, theater, cooking, science, robotics, etc.)

ICS Sports
varies by sport

Graduation Fee (8th only)
Includes cap, gown, diploma + graduation dinner for four (varies depending on the location of the 8th grade dinner)

Meal program (breakfast and lunch)           
varies, but many qualify for free or reduced cost based on parents’ income

FUNDRAISING

REQUIRED FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES:
**How we make up the $1,000+ ICS provides to educate your child**

Fall Candy Sale (4 boxes/1st child; 2 boxes for each additional child) – November 2019 (there is a buyout option)
Jog-A-Thon February 2020 (there is a buyout option)
Mother’s Day Dinner/Concert ($150/family: dinner tickets and raffle tickets) — May 9, 2020 (there is a buyout option)   
 

ADDITIONAL PARISH FUNDRAISER:

Parish Raffle ($150/family) — due August 27, 2019 (there is a buyout option)
Each family must work 25 SERVICE HOURS (or $325 donation per family)

**IN ADDITION to one (3) hour SHIFT AT THE PARISH FIESTA**
